Refund Policy — Batch Docs

This policy applies to paid plans of Batch Docs purchased through Paddle, our merchant of record. It sits alongside the Terms of Service; if this policy and the Terms ever conflict on refunds, this policy describes how we actually handle requests.

1. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself refund the current period.

2. When we refund

• First purchase: if Batch Docs is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it in full.
• Renewals: if a renewal charge went through because you forgot to cancel, email us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it.
• Billing errors and duplicate charges are always refunded in full.
• After those windows, refunds are at our discretion and are not guaranteed, except where applicable law or Paddle's own policies require one.

3. How to request a refund

Email miv1982.biz@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, and include your Paddle order number (it is on your email receipt). Please do not send card details — we never need them and Paddle never asks us for them.

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. How long the money takes to arrive depends on Paddle and your bank.

4. What happens after a refund

When a purchase is refunded, the associated license is revoked and the account returns to the Free plan at the end of the refund process. Documents you already generated are yours and are not affected.

5. Abuse

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse of this policy (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles). This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law or Paddle's buyer terms.

本ポリシーは、販売事業者（Merchant of Record）である Paddle を通じて 購入された Batch Docs の有料プランに適用されます。利用規約と併せて 適用され、返金について本ポリシーと利用規約が食い違う場合は、当方の実際の 取り扱いとして本ポリシーの内容を優先します。

1. 解約について

サブスクリプションはいつでも解約できます。解約は現在の請求期間の終了時に 効力を生じ、それまでは Pro を利用できます。解約により今後の請求は止まります が、解約だけでは現在の期間分の返金は行われません。

2. 返金の対象

• 初回購入： Batch Docs が合わなかった場合、初回購入から 14日以内 に メールでご連絡いただければ、全額を返金します。
• 自動更新： 解約し忘れて更新料金が請求された場合、その請求から 14日以内 にご連絡いただければ、返金します。
• 二重請求・請求ミス は、常に全額を返金します。
• 上記期間を過ぎた場合の返金は当方の裁量となり、保証されません（適用法令 または Paddle のポリシーにより返金が必要な場合を除きます）。

3. 返金の申請方法

購入時に使用したメールアドレスから miv1982.biz@gmail.com 宛に、 Paddle の注文番号（購入時のメールレシートに記載）を添えてご連絡ください。 カード情報は送らないでください。当方が必要とすることはなく、Paddle が 当方に求めることもありません。

承認された返金は Paddle が元の支払い方法へ処理します。着金までの日数は Paddle および金融機関の処理によります。

4. 返金後の取り扱い

購入が返金されると、対応するライセンスは取り消され、アカウントは返金処理の 完了時点で無料プランに戻ります。すでに生成済みの文書はあなたのものであり、 影響を受けません。

5. 不正利用

本ポリシーの不正利用が認められる場合（購入と返金の繰り返し等）、返金を お断りすることがあります。これは、適用される消費者法令や Paddle の購入者 向け規約に基づくあなたの権利を制限するものではありません。
