These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Batch Docs (the "Add-on"). By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Add-on.
Batch Docs is a Google Sheets add-on that generates Google Docs and PDF
files in bulk from the rows of a spreadsheet, using a Google Docs template
with {{tag}} placeholders, and writes a status, file link, and timestamp
back into the spreadsheet. Generation settings can be saved as a "recipe"
inside the spreadsheet for reuse.
The Add-on runs on Google's Apps Script platform and depends on Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive. We do not control those Google services, and their availability and behavior are governed by Google's own terms.
Prices may change. If a price change affects your existing paid subscription, we (or Paddle, as merchant of record) will give notice before the change applies to your next billing period.
Paid plans are sold and billed by Paddle, acting as merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then. How to cancel and how refunds are handled are described in the Add-on's support FAQ and Paddle's buyer terms; refund eligibility is determined under Paddle's policies and applicable law.
To activate a paid plan you may be asked to enter a license key in the Add-on. Keep your license key private; a license is for the number of users covered by your purchase.
You agree not to:
Your content is yours. We claim no ownership of your spreadsheets, templates, or generated documents. As described in the Privacy Policy, your content stays in your Google account and is not transmitted to us.
The Add-on is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, change, or discontinue features, and we may discontinue the Add-on itself, with reasonable notice where practical. Google platform changes (including Apps Script quotas and limits) may affect how the Add-on performs; for example, a single run operates within Google's execution-time limits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In particular, we do not warrant that generated documents will be error-free or suitable for any specific legal, financial, or regulatory use. You are responsible for reviewing generated documents before relying on, sending, or filing them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Add-on is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid for the Add-on in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) US$50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data stored in your Google account, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms (for example, license abuse). Sections 4 (last paragraph), 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the Add-on after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

有料プランの有効化にあたり、本アドオンでライセンスキーの入力を求められる 場合があります。ライセンスキーは秘密に保持してください。ライセンスは購入 対象のユーザー数の範囲で有効です。
以下の行為を行わないことに同意するものとします。
あなたのコンテンツはあなたのものです。 当方は、あなたのスプレッド シート、テンプレート、生成文書の所有権を主張しません。プライバシーポリシー に記載の通り、コンテンツはあなたの Google アカウント内に留まり、当方に 送信されることはありません。
本アドオンは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供されます。当方は機能の 更新、変更、中止を行うことがあり、可能な場合は合理的な事前通知のうえで 本アドオン自体を終了することがあります。Google のプラットフォームの変更 （Apps Script のクォータや制限を含む）により本アドオンの動作が影響を受ける 場合があります（例：1回の実行は Google の実行時間制限の範囲内で動作します）。
法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、当方は、特定目的への適合性や権利非侵害を 含む一切の保証（明示・黙示を問いません）を否認します。特に、生成された文書 に誤りがないこと、または特定の法的、財務的、規制上の用途に適することは 保証しません。生成された文書は、依拠、送信、提出の前に、必ずご自身で 確認してください。
法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、本アドオンに起因または関連する当方の責任の 総額は、(a) 請求前12か月間に本アドオンに対して支払われた金額、(b) US$50 の いずれか高い方を上限とします。当方は、間接損害、付随的損害、特別損害、結果的 損害、ならびにあなたの Google アカウントに保存されたデータの損失について 責任を負いません（ただし、法令により免責が禁じられる場合を除きます）。
本アドオンはいつでもアンインストールして利用を停止できます。当方は、本規約の 重大な違反（ライセンスの不正使用等）がある場合、アクセスを停止または終了 できます。第4項（最終段落）、第6項、第7項、第9項は終了後も存続します。
本規約は 日本法 に準拠します（抵触法の原則を除く）。本規約に関する 紛争については、東京地方裁判所 を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。本規約の一部が執行不能と判断された 場合でも、その他の規定は効力を維持します。
当方は本規約を更新することがあります。重要な変更は、本ページで新しい施行日と ともに告知し、施行日後の本アドオンの継続利用をもって同意したものとします。
